Role:
Develop workflows and written content to promote relevant, engaging information to the congregation and surrounding community. Manage web, social media, Fellowship Magazine, emails, and printed communication. Work alongside Art Director and Graphic Designer to project manage and execute church-wide communication.

Responsibilities:
Communication Outlets (50%)
Maintain current and effective growing channels for communication. This includes but is not limited to our web platform, print distribution points, mail, email, and social media engagement. Work directly with administrative staff to keep them updated on communications policies and best practices.

Promotion & Marketing (30%)
Execute internal marketing and promotion strategies. Support the ministries using a tiered system to allocate the best resources to the highest impact areas. Drive the overarching vision, goals, and strategies of the Senior Pastor directly.

Visual Arts (20%)
Work with the Communications & Connecting Director, Art Director, and Graphic Designer on most graphic design, animation, web design, and video creation to make sure final products are applied to the appropriate.

Brand Management (10%)
Manage the effective usage of logos, brand standards, and copy to align with our personality in all internal and external communications.

Solution-side thinking
Excels with time and project management
Highly organized and energetic; a self-starter
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
Proficient in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, CCB, and various social media networks
