This position oversees and coordinates all aspects of music ministry at New Hope. This includes planning and leading worship services, recruiting and managing volunteers, supervising music-related staff, nurturing young musicians, and building teams to guide and vision the future of worship and music in our context. Because of the unique nature of New Hope, this job requires a knowledge of both traditional worship and contemporary praise music and the ability to lead in both settings. Most importantly, the person in this position is tasked with leading the congregation into the presence of God through music. Thus, this individual must be a mature Christian with the desire to grow in their walk with Jesus and lead others to do so as well.
