The Lead Site Pastor is a combination role of Lead Pastor and Site Pastor, with an intentional emphasis on the engagement, equipping, and releasing of staff and lay teams in order to be successful. The Lead Site Pastor will foster a culture of collaboration, shared leadership, mutual submission, and empowerment in areas of specific gifting and ability.
