Vice President of Women’s Ministry

The Vice President of Women’s Ministry advocates for the development of ministry to women across all East-West fields while ensuring readiness for each field to develop and facilitate women’s ministry opportunities.

Reports To: Vice President of Global Engagement
Position Location: USA – Remote with travel to Plano, TX

• Spearhead and advocate for creative, strategic and contextualized women’s ministry and training across all East-West fields
• Collaborate with field and regional leaders to develop state-of-the-art women’s ministry strategies and ministry plans
• Champion and provide training for women’s ministry trainers both within the United States and abroad
• Travel to overseas locations to provide training, counseling, and encouragement in collaboration with field leadership
• Recommend and implement appropriate methodologies to effectively spread the gospel in the spiritually darkest places among women of diverse cultural and religious backgrounds
• Develop, implement, and raise funds for the annual strategic plan and budget of the Women’s Ministry Department

• Passion to lead, shepherd, encourage and equip women leaders worldwide
• Ability to travel overseas at least 4-6 weeks a year
• Ability to successfully use technology to deliver training and teaching materials
• Graduate degree or equivalent experience within discipline preferred
• 3+ years of ministry/nonprofit experience preferred
• Effective cross-cultural experience required
• Previous experience in a leadership role a plus
• Long-term overseas experience a plus
• Ability to raise and maintain personal support as this is a fully support-raised position
