Video Production Intern

The Gulf Training Center (GTC) seeks an intern for the 2019-20 academic year in the area of media and video
production. This strategic role seeks to advance the work of theological education and build the church
among the least-reached through leveraging abilities in the area of video. Responsibilities include shooting,
editing, and producing video to communicate with current students, prospective students, and supporters of
the ministry, as well as helping us develop our longer-term media and communication strategy.


Must be a growing believer in Jesus Christ. Must possess skills and experience in video production. Must be
hard worker, extremely flexible, self-motivated. Must be willing to adapt to ministry in a very diverse
multicultural setting. Ideal for recent college graduates with an interest in cross-cultural work and/or
theological education.


The commitment is for one academic year: August 6, 2019 – June 7, 2020, with potential to extend by
mutual agreement.

Institutional Info

Located in Dubai, UAE, the Gulf Training Center is a new institution training pastors and church planters for
the 10/40 Window. We are affiliated with Redeemer Church of Dubai. We began offering classes in 2015,
and our innovative church-dependent pastoral education curriculum launched with the 2016-17 first-year
cohort. We are working in partnership with notable international seminaries and mission organizations, and
are pursuing regional accreditation. Currently all classes are taught in English. Past visiting professors have
included Joel Beeke, Todd Bolen, D.A. Carson, Mark Dever, Ligon Duncan, Mike Fabarez, Gary Millar, Michael
Reeves, Thomas Schreiner, Bruce Ware, and Stephen Wellum.
