Conference Announcement

Dear friends,

As we all know, the coronavirus pandemic has had a profound impact on so many areas of our lives and ministries. We’ve had to adjust to doing things differently in nearly every facet of life: education, church, work, friendships, etc. And now, I regret to announce that our beloved 2021 Bethlehem Conference for Pastors + Church Leaders is cancelled. Partly because of the uncertainties of the lingering effects of the coronavirus, but also because of the significant restrictions regarding attendance placed on us by the Minneapolis Convention Center, we must cancel the 2021 Conference. We do this with sadness as we were excited about the conference theme and speakers. However, we are trusting in the sovereignty of God over this situation and firmly believe that He will bring good out of this for all of us.

While we take this “pause” in the over three-decade-long history of this conference, we rejoice in what the Lord has accomplished through it over the years, and we look forward to the “reboot” of the conference—perhaps as soon as 2022, if the Lord wills. We want you to know that our desire and institutional commitment to serving pastors and church leaders as they labor so faithfully in building up the church is as strong as ever. We love the church and believe that a big part of our role as Bethlehem College & Seminary is to serve the church worldwide by encouraging and equipping and inspiring pastors in their ministries. The conference is one of the most significant ways to do that.

For those of you who have already registered for the conference, or have signed up as exhibitors, you’ll be receiving information in the next couple of weeks regarding how to get your refunds. Please be in prayer for us as we take this opportunity to reimagine the conference and the best way to relaunch it in the future, as the Lord permits. Thank you for your faithful support and participation in our conference over the years. We look forward to fellowshipping with you again in the years to come.

May the Lord bless you all,

Tim Tomlinson
