Adjunct Professor of Bible and Practical Theology

Bryan MacPhail-Fausey is a missionary to Cameroon serving with Baptist Mid-Missions in church planting and theological education. His ministry focus is on strengthening local churches, forming new leaders from within, and aiding these leaders to plant new churches. He serves as an elder at l’Église Baptiste Bethléem, Yaoundé, co-teaches practical theology and ministry courses at the Bethlehem College and Seminary Yaoundé extension site, and oversees the Pastoral Apprenticeship activities. Additionally, he is responsible for the oversight and direction of Sola Publishing, a book publishing and printing ministry in partnership with the Yaoundé extension site and Training Leaders International.

Prior to his work in Cameroon, Bryan worked for 24 years in engineering in the automotive industry in various locations, forming and leading international teams in new product development from concept to production.

Bryan and his wife, Heather, married in 1989 and have five children, including two adoptive daughters from foreign countries. Throughout their life together, they have lived in Germany, France, and multiple locations in the United States prior to moving to Yaoundé in 2016.
