We are excited to share that Adirondack Bible Chapel is now accepting applications for a full-time Associate Pastor / Ministry Center Director.
This important leadership role serves as a bridge between Adirondack Bible Chapel and our Residential Ministry Center, helping ensure unity of mission, spiritual health, and biblical faithfulness across all ministries. The Associate Pastor / MC Director will provide pastoral leadership, support preaching and teaching, invest in leadership development, and give spiritual vision and oversight to the discipleship home.
This role works closely with our Senior Pastor and Elders. We are seeking a leader who combines compassionate shepherding with strong organizational wisdom, someone who will help ensure that every ministry reflects the mission, vision, and values of Adirondack Bible Chapel.
