This is a full-time position assisting the senior pastor in shepherding the
flock at Hope Community Church (HCC). The primary ministry areas that we are looking
to address involve our music/worship ministry, as well as teaching and discipleship. The
candidate in this role may also be involved in various leadership capacities to include
oversight of small groups, youth ministry, membership, and outreach. Exact roles and
responsibilities will be determined on the basis of the giftings and experience of the
candidate. This position, in coordination with the senior pastor and church leadership,
exists to glorify Christ and build up the body of believers through God-honoring worship,
teaching, and fellowship.
