YOUTH MINISTRY:
● Lead weekly youth group meetings (Junior & Senior High)
● Lead / teach youth Sunday School class
● Disciple and train youth ministry volunteers
● Coordinate and participate in mission trips, retreats, camps, and events
● Build relationships with students and their families to provide ongoing pastoral care
● Develop student leaders and provide them with opportunities for growth
WORSHIP MINISTRY:
● Prayerfully plan and lead weekly music for worship services
● Recruit, develop, and schedule worship teams who are united in purpose to glorify God in Christ
through Word-saturated music
● Regularly introduce new music while maintaining a balanced, familiar repertoire
● Oversee audio/visual and tech needs for worship services
OTHER PASTORAL DUTIES:
● Preach occasionally (4-6 times per year)
● Serve with other spiritual gifts not listed in this description
