The Twin City Chinese Christian Church (T4C) is a non-denominational independent church that
seeks to be the center of evangelism and discipleship for the Chinese community in the Minneapolis-
St. Paul metro and the Greater Minnesota region. To accomplish this vision, T4C seeks a Mandarin
Pastor/Minister to join the ministry team. Currently, T4C serves about 500 worshippers in the
Mandarin, Cantonese, and English congregations combined.
The Mandarin Pastor/Minister is part of the Pastor-Elder Council (PEC) working with two Mandarin
Elders, with support from the Mandarin Leadership Committee (MLC), and guided by the Mandarin
Blueprint, to minister to the Mandarin Congregation of about 150 worshippers. Please refer to the

Responsibilities:
1. Lead overall Mandarin ministry with two Elders, including:
Preaching and Teaching
Praying
Evangelism
Fellowship
Leadership Training
Planning and Organizing
2. Commitment to shared leadership
3. Pastoral care – visitations, counseling, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other duties
4. Discipleship and equipping members for ministry
