This full-time pastoral role serves the church by developing and managing our discipleship ministries. This will include, but is not limited to, small groups, our discipleship pathway, adult classes, and membership classes. These discipleship efforts should aim to teach the congregation to observe all that Jesus commanded (Matt 28:20) and cultivate community marked by mutual care. This role will partner with the other ministries of the church to provide appropriately overlapping care.
