Shepherd Staff is honored to be working with Grace Community Church in Roswell, NM as they search for their next Senior Pastor. Grace Community Church believes that every church is driven by something, and for them, it’s the purposes of God. They call it “The G.R.A.C.E. Vision,” with each letter representing a Biblical purpose of the church and their personal lives. Grace’s goal is to help people grow in their devotion to God, reach out and introduce others to God’s grace, acknowledge and worship God, connect in meaningful relationships with other believers, and discover and use their God-given gifts in service to others.
The Senior Pastor at Grace Community Church will be the visionary and spiritual leader of the congregation. They will be responsible for providing direction to the church, overseeing the staff, and ensuring that the church is fulfilling its mission and vision. They will also be responsible for performing regular pastoral duties, including preaching, teaching, conducting worship services, and providing counseling to members of the congregation.
