Job Overview
The Tech and Media Director is a tech savvy individual with adaptable skills in the realm of worship, production, IT, and marketing. An ideal candidate for this role will have great interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.

Job Description
The responsibilities of this role span across 3 key areas in roughly equal proportion.
1. IT & Infrastructure
Oversee and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including WiFi and wired devices
Assist office staff with tech needs ranging from printer troubleshooting, to file migration between computers
Stay up to date on technical advancements within the industry and use this knowledge to foresee potential improvements needed
2. Audio and Video Production
Lead weekend service production, striving for distraction free worship experience both online and in person
Collaborate with the Worship Director across volunteer scheduling, service preparation, and special events or projects.
Prepare and streamline AV systems to help team members to have a low stress and enjoyable experience serving
Troubleshoot systems as needed
Make needed repairs or improvements
3) Media and Marketing
Work alongside the Communications Coordinator to plan and execute various video projects
Edit weekly highlight reels and sermon podcasts
Regularly capture media from services and events for use across various communication channels.

Blackmagic Design Hardware (ATEM video switcher, Videohub etc.)
Allen & Heath Audio Consoles (or comparable digital mixer)
Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar NLE
