About First & Idana Presbyterian Churches
First Presbyterian Clay Center has about 200 members and Idana Presbyterian has about 65 members. The churches are separate, but have a strong partnership which includes sharing the Pastor, the Youth Director, and the Children’s Ministry Director. The churches enjoy fellowship events together throughout the year, and our youth form one youth group (25-30 students). About seven years ago, the churches joined the EPC, and are thrilled to be a part of a Biblically faithful, Christ-centered denomination. Both churches are friendly and caring, and strongly support the youth ministry. Currently, about 15 adults are involved leading different various aspects of the youth ministry.
