Job qualifications: A man with biblical education (preferably a bachelor’s degree or higher), a sound knowledge of the scriptures l, a love and passion for people, is motivated to lead, initiative and implement effective ministries, and a good testimony and witness.
Primary responsibilities:
Assist our lead pastor in administrative duty. Oversee small group ministries.
Oversee the quality and content of our teaching curriculum.
Develop adult ministries that would enhance the growth of our congregation.
Facilitate follow up with visitors.
Assist new members in connecting with the church family and finding a ministry that fits their interests and talents.
Get to know our members personally and understand family dynamics.
Assist our youth leaders to ensure we maintain dynamic.
Bible based programs to keep our youth interested and engaged in ministry.
Base salary is 60k plus benefits
