Anchor Bible Church is a growing, non-denominational, Bible-teaching church in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. Currently, we serve about 200 people, with over 100 attending our mid-week Home Fellowship Groups. We desire to expand our ministry opportunities while presently offering:
– Music Ministry (along with adult and children’s choirs)
– Prayer Ministry
– Leadership Training
– Evangelism and World Missions
– Men’s and Women’s Ministries
– Sunday School for all ages (Adult, Nursery, Elementary and Youth Ministries)
– Ministry to Shut-Ins and more.
As we have grown, we see a need for an additional Pastor to assist the current pastors in the various pastoral and administrative duties of ministry to help our church members mature in Christ to the glory of God.
Pastoral Qualifications
Education:
MDiv or higher (from a theologically conservative seminary)
Personal:
Must meet the elder qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
Must agree with our Statement of Faith and our Doctrinal Statement
Skills/Giftedness:
Ability to lead the congregation in worship
Ability to lead and shepherd God’s people
Ability to preach, teach, and counsel all ages
Ability to administrate areas of ministry

Compensation
