In conjunction with Look at the Sacred Book

Join us for our Fall Preview Day at Bethlehem College & Seminary on Friday, September 24. Our aim is to help you taste and see what it looks like to be a student at our school, so that you might discern God’s plan for your future educational journey. On Friday morning you will hear from school leadership, sit through an overview of our academic programs, visit real live classes, join us for chapel, and mingle with current faculty, staff, and students over lunch. Then, stay the night in order to join us for a mini-conference (“Look at the Sacred Book”) that will feature members of our faculty and our Chancellor, Dr. John Piper. Register below to visit us on this special weekend (all Preview Day attendees receive complimentary tickets to “Look at the Sacred Book”).

Attend our Fall Preview Day on Friday to get a taste of the life of a student at Bethlehem College & Seminary. Sit in on classes, meet professors, and enjoy chapel and lunch with current students.

Preview Day Schedule:

  • 8am | Check-in and Breakfast
  • 8:30am | Welcome and President’s Exhortation 
  • 9am | Program Overviews
  • 10am | Class Visit
  • 12pm | Chapel 
  • 1pm | Lunch 
  • Post-Lunch 
    • Tour BCS (main building, student housing, offices, library, faculty building, end in parking lot).
    • Minneapolis Walking Tour

Bethlehem College & Seminary Focus Sunday at Bethlehem Baptist Church

The Bethlehem College & Seminary Focus Sunday is part of a series of weekends for Bethlehem Baptist Church to reflect on 150 years of ministry—this Sunday’s emphasis being the  process of Bethlehem College & Seminary emerging from a church ministry. The Sunday worship service will feature Bethlehem seminary students preaching on all three campuses of the church.

Location & Parking

Preview Day, the Inauguration, and Look at the Sacred Book will take place at Bethlehem Baptist Church—Downtown Campus:

720 13th Ave South
Minneapolis, MN 55415

Parking is available in the main church lot or in the lot north of the church between 6th & 7th Streets.

For those arriving from the airport (Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, MSP), transportation is available through Super Shuttle, taxi service, or the light rail.

Hotels

The following hotels are in downtown Minneapolis and all within a 20 minute walk or a five minute drive.

Childcare

No, we are not able to facilitate childcare for any of the events on Friday or Saturday. (If you attend the church service on Sunday morning, the nurseries are open for childcare).
