-Meet the biblical qualifications of an elder found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1

Competency
-Emphasis:
–Discipleship and Assimilation
–Establish a discipleship pathway
–Coordinate Faith Training (i.e. Adult Sunday School)
-Coordinate Small Groups
-Select, equip and empower volunteers in ministry areas.
-Teach a Sunday School class.
-Lead a small group.
-Conduct pastoral counseling as needed
-Preach 20% (Subject to change).
-Pastoral visitations.
-Funerals/ Weddings as assigned.
-Attend Deacon Meetings
-Oversee Missions Team
-Any further duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor.
