Our aim is to give students an intense immersion in a God-centered, Christ-exalting, Bible-saturated local church that combines rigorous study with church-based application, all to the end that they might joyfully magnify the infinite worth of Jesus Christ, and live for the praise of God’s glory in reflection, thought, word, and deed.
This graduate degree invites students to examine carefully the historical and contemporary issues affecting cross-cultural ministry.
The M.A. gives students theological categories for assessing methodologies proposed by the social sciences so that they might apply these insights to various contexts for ministry in a biblically faithful manner.
The missions concentration provides students sensing God’s call to long-term, cross-cultural ministry an opportunity to complete their final year of the M.Div. program at Radius International’s training center. Students must apply for the missions concentration by the end of their second year and, if accepted, will earn the credits below at the Radius training center.
In Partnership with Radius International
Bethlehem College and Seminary partners with Radius International to deliver Master’s Degree-level, in-field training experience for students. Those enrolled in Bethlehem Seminary’s Missions Concentration will now have opportunities to complete the fourth year of M.Div. studies at a Radius International training center in Mexico. Students in Bethlehem College’s M.A. in Theology & Global Studies will also have opportunities to complete their final year of studies on the field with Radius.
