Pastoral Ministry Purpose: To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach the biblical revelations, to engage in pastoral care, and to provide administrative leadership in all areas of church life and function (I Peter 5:2)
The body at ZCC takes a I Corinthians 9 approach to providing for a pastor. Along with a full-time salary, a recently-remodeled home, insurance, continuing education, vacation, and retirement benefits are offered.
