Why We Do Not File IRS Form 990
Bethlehem College and Seminary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as determined by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service on April 22, 2008. The sole members of this organization are the elder boards of two local church congregations. By virtue of this intentional church-based form of organization, we are not obligated to file IRS Form 990, an exception we enjoy as a matter of constitutionally protected religious liberty.
